Moonen Shipyards has announced the addition of a new manager to its sales team. Onno Laarhoven joins fellow sales manager Johan Dubbelman just as the Dutch shipyard has sold two of its new Caribbean series yachts over recent months.
Laarhoven is a passionate sailor, and started on boats from the age of six years old. He joins Moonen after almost a decade working in sales. He comments, “Anyone in sales would enjoy working for a company with a great new product line like the Caribbean. This semi-custom series is the ideal choice for the type of experienced and demanding owners which Moonen has attracted over the past quarter of a century. Moreover, with a new and passionate shareholder at the helm, Moonen has a clear vision for the future and the financial security to back up its ambitious plans.”
“We know what clients are looking for and understand the superyacht market inside out,” he concludes. “There has never been a better time for people who appreciate irreplaceable Moonen quality to join the fleet.”
