The 35.05-metre motor yacht Life of Riley sold in California. The Canadian-build Crescent Custom yacht was sold with Jim Elliott of Northrop and Johnson and Chuck Hovey Yachts Inc. representing the seller and Christopher W. Denison of Denison Yachting representing the buyer.The yacht was launched in 1994 and was a collaborative project between Westport Yachts and Crescent Yachts. The yacht has been well maintained throughout her ownership and 2015 underwent an extensive refit. In 2020 her topsides and superstructures were repainted, leaving her in turnkey condition for her new owner.Life of Riley can accommodate as many as eight guests between four staterooms, including a main deck master suite, complete with a marble ensuite with his-and-hers sinks and a shower. The additional staterooms consist of a VIP, a double stateroom and a twin, each with ensuite bathrooms.Externally the yacht has a sundeck with 360-degree views, a foredeck seating area and an aft deck for relaxation and water activities.
