Launched in 2012 at Abu Dhabi MAR Kiel, Plan B was originally one of six nearly identical vessels ordered at the same time. When the financial crisis hit, however, four of these orders were cancelled and Odessa II, the only other surviving order, was completed at Nobiskrug in 2013. The German design studio Focus Yacht Design created the exterior style of Plan B.
