Safira in Miami
The American-built 39-metre superyacht Safira was launched in 2013 at Newcastle Marine in cooperation with Tyneside Yachts in Florida. Sleeping 10 guests in five luxurious cabins, this long-range pocket explorer’s interior is designed by Michael David & Associates with Sparkman & Stephens having worked on the vessel’s award-winning naval architecture. She cruises at 11 knots and reaches a top speed of 13.5 knots. Her efficient engines are designed to be able to run on biodiesel, giving Safira’s owners a more eco-friendly alternative to regular marine diesel. Here she is seen in Miami where Camper & Nicholsons International currently have the vessel on display at the 2018 Miami Yacht Show.
