With the first Mulder ThirtySix currently under construction, Mulder Shpyard announced that it has started construction on a second, speculative unit that will be ready for delivery in 2018.

As with the first ThirtySix, Mulder Shipyard has worked closely with designer Claydon Reeves who was in charge of drawing the elegant profile that hides the yacht’s generous volume so well.

The ThirtySix is based on a patented fuel efficient and ocean-going hull developed by Van Oossanen Naval Architects that is capable of reaching a top speed of 16.8 knots when fitted with two engines of a mere 847 kW.

Although designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the project at this stage in the build offers clients to adjust and customise the cabin arrangement and specifications to suite their needs. Full-height suit windows on main deck that run through all the way forward where the interior opens up into the full beam master suite, the amount of natural light within this 36-metre yacht makes it feel considerably larger.

Mulder Shipyard starts construction on second ThirtySix superyacht

France-based builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> has announced that the fourth hull in the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> Commuter 108 yacht series is nearing completion. The hull of the 60-metre superyacht Feadship 713 has been spotted in transit from the Feadship De Vries Group <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5058" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Scheepswerf Slob (Company)">Scheepswerf Slob</a> facility in Papendrecht near Rotterdam. Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail.
