With over 2 km of yachts currently in build or in design development, RWD (formerly known as Redman Whiteley Dixon) are looking to fill multiple roles for their expanding design studio with talented, dynamic and inspiring people, to be based at their historic studio which is located in Britain’s beautiful New Forest.

Just some of the notable projects to come from the drawing boards of the RWD team this year include the 73-metre Hasna, built by Feadship at Royal Van Lent and the 96.55-metre Faith, built by Feadship at De Vries.
The refit of the 85.6-metre Aquila is another noteworthy project for RWD, who worked to transform the yacht in an 18-month refit at Pendennis. Re-delivered to her happy owner in 2016, she took the prestigious title of Best Refit at the 2017 edition of the World Superyacht Awards. Further demonstrating the diversity of the studio, RWD also announced a new conversion project with the Dutch shipyard Icon earlier this month, the 68-metre Project Ragnar.
With a strong portfolio of some of the world’s most impressive superyachts and due to the continued success and growth of RWD they are now looking to expand their creative team, amongst them are experienced project managers, a Senior Exterior Designer and Mid-Senior Interior Designers, along with an experienced FF&E designer. RWD are working on a diverse range of projects and are searching for extraordinary flair.
A current member of the RWD team says: “I have the best of both worlds, living in a beautiful location and working in a very creative studio. I started at a design house in London but wanted to move out of the city and didn’t think the opportunities were available. I can now go windsurfing after work, travel to fabulous destinations and follow my passion for design.”
