Two projects by Nauta Yacht Design have won Nautical Design Awards in 2011: the Sense 50’ won the award for Interior Design of Sailing Yachts, and the Southern Wind 94’ Kiboko won in the category for Sailing Yachts over 24 metres.
Southern Wind Shipyard’s latest 94’ Kiboko is a custom performance cruiser with Reichel/Pugh naval architecture and Nauta Yacht Design general arrangement, deck and interiors.
The prize was awarded for “the constant care devoted to design, which never fails to please in an exercise of pure style”.
