She will offer accommodation for 12 guests across five staterooms; the owner suite is situated on the main deck forward, while the four guest staterooms are located on the lower deck. She can also host five crew.Archipelago yacht exteriorPhoto: Cantiere delle Marche“We are very proud of the Darwin Class that asserts itself as a warhorse for our shipyard. In 2010, we launched a new class of yachts that fused superyacht standards of space and design with rugged, go-anywhere capabilities – all in a compact package. Over the years, the commercial result of this highly customisable series of explorer yachts exceeded our wildest expectations,” Ennio Cecchini, co-founder and President of Cantiere delle Marche, commented.Archipelago yacht exteriorPhoto: Cantiere delle MarcheThe client discovered the Darwin series at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022 after visiting the slightly larger Darwin 106, Uptight. He was impressed by the build quality, the volume and the ability to cross the Atlantic comfortably. A few tweaks were suggested, including adjustments to the windscreen in the wheelhouse and an additional tender crane added. Much like her sisters though, she’ll have two saloons: one on the main deck and the other on the upper.
