Baris Yurek of Baris Yurek Naval Architecture and Yacht Design has send us plans for a new 32 metre superyacht project. Project castle shares the same 'dna' as Baris' previous superyacht project, project Istanbul, which we published about in April.
The steel vessel has an aluminium superstructure, and she will be propelled by double electric driven PODS, driven by a diesel electric propulsion system, which ensures both economical and silent cruising.
Designed primarily for the Turkish market. Baris ensures us the yacht will be equally appealing to clients worldwide. "The yacht will accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, plus a crew of 6 in 3 cabins. We designed her to cruise the world's oceans".
