During the study the final cost to build the custom project will be calculated. In connection with closing of the acquisition on May 30, 2023, Viasat drew down on approximately $1.35 billion of its committed financing package, including a $617 million secured term loan facility and a $733 million unsecured bridge loan. The lower financed amount reflects in part the reduction in the cash component of the purchase price.

More than 300 Custom Line yachts have been built at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, Italy over nearly three decades and cruise all over the world. &nbsp; Created in partnership with the Product Strategy Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department who develops the naval architecture, the Custom Line range comprises two lines, ranging from 30 to 50 metres in lengths in composite material and aluminium alloy.&nbsp;&nbsp; The planing line in composite material, with the exteriors and interiors designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design working in partnership with Margherita Casprini, features the Custom Line 106’, Custom Line 120’ and the Custom Line 140’, a supremely &nbsp;innovative tri-deck using cutting-edge carbon-fibre technology and hybrid materials integrated.&nbsp; The displacement line in composite material&nbsp;includes the Custom Line Navetta 30, Custom Line Navetta 33, Custom Line Navetta 42, the new Custom Line Navetta 38 which is under construction at Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard as well as the Custom Line Navetta 50, the new flagship of the brand conceived entirely in aluminium alloy. The &nbsp;exterior design of Custom Line Navetta 30, Custom Line Navetta 38 and Custom Line Navetta 50 is by Filippo Salvetti, while ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel &nbsp;designed the interior architecture. These represent two kindred souls with the same passion for cruising and profoundly different ways of living the sea. Impeccable quality and attention to the subtlest detail &nbsp;have always been a Custom Line hallmark, along with the Italian heritage and deep expertise to create the finest works of art on the water. On May 14, the keel of the mighty 80m full-aluminium Project Cosmos was laid. When launched, she will be the largest and fastest all aluminium yacht ever built with a top speed of almost 30 knots.Heesen continues to grow today, acquiring additional sites and further investing in its interior furniture workshop, thereby increasing its capacity by 30 per cent.The year 2020 was challenging for the whole world and the yachting industry. Their debut sailing yachts, Nauta 54’, 70’ and 65’ semi-custom series, were at the same time characterized by innovation and timeless elegance.&nbsp;For the past 20 years Nauta Design has grown up a solid reputation as sailing yacht designer, by collaborating with top naval architects such as Bruce Farr, Reichel/Pugh and Doug Peterson, and recently Judel Vrolijk and Roberto Biscontini. By working with the naval architect that best suits the client’s needs, Nauta combines their unique blend of style and functionality with performance technology that comes straight from the top racing boats. Through these collaborations Nauta Design set into his own category. It is difficult indeed to find yachts that so successfully match aesthetic, functions and performance.Nauta have been involved in motor yachts some 20 years ago with a charming 40’ custom made sport fishing boat. 13 years later started her course in the wide ocean of the superyacht design: "We were lucky to start with the request of an 80 metre, with moderate volumes and moreover with the possibility to open large glass surface on each superstructure of each deck.
