Dynamiq Yachts to offer bespoke superyachts through new Dynamiq Custom service

Boutique shipyard Dynamiq has expanded its services to offer clients bespoke new-builds. The new division, called Dynamiq Custom, will offer new superyachts ranging between 30 to 55 metres based on an initial concept study developed in collaboration with the leading Dutch studio Van Oossanen Naval Architects.Dynamiq Custom division launchAfter providing a short brief with an ideal LOA, cruising area, number of cabins and top speed, clients will be able to customise their yacht ‘from the keel up’ during an initial two-month process, whereby the general arrangement, naval architecture, 3D models of the hull and specifications for the systems and equipment will be created through photorealistic renders. During the study the final cost to build the custom project will be calculated. The process comes with an average fee of €50,000 and transparency is key and full access to construction terms and pricing will be provided to clients and their reps.Dynamiq Yachts shipyardHaving created their new division after the success of the existing semi-custom GTT superyacht series - two of which are in operation and a third under construction - Dynamiq will build the new yachts in either steel for the hull with aluminium topsides or with an all-aluminium and Sealium construction. Dynamiq can take care of the exterior and interior design, or clients are free to bring in their own personal designer.  The custom builds will be created at the dedicated Dynamiq shipyard in Massa on Italy’s Tuscan coast, where clients can also opt for various powertrain options, including hybrid technology. Depending on the complexity of the project, the specialist team at Dynamiq are able to complete a vessel measuring between 35 and 45 metres in around 28 months - only five to six months longer than a series model.Dynamiq GTT 165 exterior design“There is already ample scope to customise our in-house models that range in size from 100 to 165 feet, but we wanted to allow those customers who share our forward-thinking philosophy to build their own personal projects with us,” says Dynamiq founder and CEO Sergei Dobroserdov.

“It’s a rational continuation of our mission to provide our clientele with as much choice as possible and the new service will combine all the Dynamiq brand values based on Efficiency, Performance, Intelligence and Quality, or EPIQ for short.”Dynamiq GTT 115 in build in Viareggio“Quality is not just what you can see when you are looking around the finished product: it starts with the development of the design details,” continues Dobroserdov. “By working with top northern European naval architects and suppliers we ensure a strong focus on technical quality and reliability throughout the design and construction process, which is especially important when building one-off projects.”
