New identity for Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show

Set to take place over President’s weekend in Miami Beach from 11-15 February 2016, the superyacht event known before as the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show will this year be named Yachts Miami Beach. The event’s location along Collins Avenue across from the well known Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels, remains unchanged.

The 2016 edition of Yachts Miami Beach, organised and co-owned by Show Management and the Florida Yacht Brokers Association, attracts a large international crowd each year to the mile-long strip of the Indian Creek Waterway where over 500 yachts from all around the world are on display. This year, an additional location will form part of the event for the first time.

Island Gardens Deep Harbour Marina on Watson Island will play host to a selection of superyachts on display by companies such as Burgess, Moran Yacht & Ship, Norwood and Ocean Independence. The marina, once completed, will be able to accommodate between 35 and 75 yachts ranging from 80 to 550 feet as the only marina exclusively designed for superyachts in North America.

A second seperate show, the Miami International Boat Show, runs together with Yachts Miami Beach over the weekend, and takes place at Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin.
