New owner for 29m Jongert sailing yacht Scorpione dei Mari
Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of the 29.1-metre sailing yacht Scorpione dei Mari with Ann Avery from Northrop & Johnson acting on behalf of the buyer.
Photo: Northrop & Johnson Built in aluminium by the Dutch yard Jongert in 2005 and designed by Tony Castro with timeless interior design by Peter Sijm, Scorpione dei Mari received new rigging and sails in 2017. Built to circumnavigate the globe, she is a proven regatta racer and has sailed in high-profile regattas internationally.
Her top speed is 12.2 knots and her cruising speed is 9.2 knots, with one 316 hp Diesel engine on board.
On board, she accommodates up to seven guests across one master stateroom, two twin staterooms and one Pullman berth, with a crew of four also accommodated on board.
At the time of sale, Scorpione dei Mari was listed at an asking price of €3,750,000.
