New owner for 45m superyacht Gladiator

The 44.65-metre superyacht Gladiator was sold today after being listed with both Camper & Nicholsons and Edmiston since last June. Gary Wright, Y.CO Chairman and co-founder, and Will Christie, Y.CO Sales Broker, represented the buyer. 

Gladiator in Porto CervoPhoto: Merijn de Waard / SuperYacht TimesBuilt by the Dutch shipyard Feadship and delivered in 2010, Gladiator is part of the popular Feadship F45 Vantage series, featuring naval architecture by De Voogt Naval Architects. She can be managed by up to ten crew and her ten guests can enjoy five staterooms, a large main saloon, an upper sky lounge and large sundeck, swimming platform and a well-equipped toy store.

Gladiator in ItalyPhoto: Benoit DonneDe Voogt Naval Architects worked on her interior in cooperation with Sinot Yacht Design and features a ‘Miami’ classic art deco styled interior - which is one of four customised options for the F45 series. In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M70 1,055hp engines and can reach a top speed of 14.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Gladiator was listed with an asking price of €19,800,000 at the time of sale.
