The Perini Navi Group has announced two new superyacht projects currently in development; Project C. 2196 and Project C. 2287.
Project C. 2196 is a new 39 metre racing sloop that will be introduced as part of the Perini Navi Racing Line. Created in Viareggio’s Technical Department, the project has been designed in collaboration with Philippe Briand. One of the main features of the yacht will be the amount of natural light on board, made possible through the newly conceived superstructure.
A brand new opening transom matches the sleek lines of the superstructure and has been enlarged to a 9 metres sq surface. The carbon rig is also available with a square top mainsail. Powered by 2 x 970Kw CAT C32 ACERT engines, she has a maximum speed of 17 knots, and a range of 5,700 nm at a cruising speed of 12 knots.
Project C. 2287 is part of the new generation of Picchiotti motor yachts from the Vitruvius series and is born from the collaboration between Vitruvius Ltd, Philippe Briand and the Perini Navi Group. The yachts have been designed for maximum efficiency and autonomous navigation. In addition to her outdoor living spaces, she also comes with an abundance of tenders and water toys.
