New Sanlorenzo 44Alloy superyacht destined for Asian waters

A 44-metre Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy has been sold to an Asian client, the yard has announced. The first 44 Alloy in Asia was sold as a deal with the buyer represented by Phill Gregory of Simpson Marine.

Sanlorenzo 44 AlloyShe is due to be launched by mid-2020 and, after some initial cruising in the Mediterranean, she will arrive in Asia later that year. The yacht’s exterior design, created by Zuccon International Project, features a generous sky lounge on the upper deck and a lateral tender garage for a 7-metre tender. The mezzanine loft set-up in the master cabin is the first double-level owner’s cabin introduced in a yacht of this size.

Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy“The buyers in Asia are certainly impressed with Sanlorenzo’s ability to fully customise their yachts. The other key element is the constant focus on innovation and the integration of some features usually found on much larger yachts such us the floodable aft tender garage converting into beach deck on the 52Steel, the mezzanine master suite on the 44Alloy or the innovations including gull-wing doors and foldable balconies first ever introduced on the 40Alloy”, explains Nick Stratton, Sanlorenzo Asia Sales Manager.

Sanlorenzo 44 AlloyThe first hull is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in 2019. A total of three units have been sold to date.
