Italian shipyard Cerri has made several significant announcements today; the appointment of a new CEO, Technical Department leader and Sales Manager, as well as the signing of a new contract for the fifth hull of the Cerri 102’ Flysporting line.
The newly appointed CEO is Diego Michele Deprati, who has previously worked with Mondomarine. He will be supported by Guido Penco, who will be in charge of the shipyard’s Technical Department. Finally, Giulio Bertani has been announced as the company’s new Sales Manager, and will be taking on the task of relaunching the brand in the international market.
Deprati comments on his new role, stating, “I am delighted about this new opportunity. Cerri is still a small, Italian-style shipyard, but I think that our plans, together with the enthusiasm and strong motivation that drive our team, will soon allow us to achieve amazing results. We are entering agreements with leading designers and we are supported by a great Group, the Gavio Group, which guarantees soundness and reliability. In addition to this, I believe our long-standing experience in the large pleasure yachts sector means that anyone deciding to put their dreams into our hands can truly rely on us and be sure we’ll turn them into reality.”
Immediately after being appointed, the renovated management team at Cerri signed a new contract for the Cerri 102’ Flysporting line, one of the most successful series from the brand.
