Newcruise has unveiled their latest superyacht concept Rebel, a powerful weekender inspired by the original US commuter yachts of the 1940s and 1950s, combined with today’s demands for blue water yachting. The twin and optional triple MTU/Water-jets provide all aspects as to reach finest coast regions approaching shallow beach and island waters. Its structure enhances advanced carbon fibre composite details on a strong but light weight ‘Alu-Star’ alloy hull construction.
The interior follows the 1950s suit of the exterior, reflecting the original Hollywood glamour of that day and age through vintage shapes.
Guests are welcomed on the main aft deck by a pool and a spacious seating arrangement, providing dining, lounging, and sun bathing options.
The glass sliding doors surrounding the interior dining room celebrate the indoor-outdoor philosophy of the Rebel. Once inside the indoor-outdoor philosophy is further emphasized by yet more glass sliding doors, as they lead the guests to the bulwark, which moves out on demand, becoming a balcony floating above sea. The owner’s suite seating area offers that same luxury.
