NEXT Yachting announces merger with Seaminds

Seaminds, represented by Bertrand Vogèle, part of the Artcurial-John Taylor Group, is now the major shareholder of NEXT Yachting. This acquisition has created a merger between the two companies that will come into effect this September, and which will see Bertrand Vogèle assuming the role of CEO of NEXT Yachting.NEXT Yachting marketing Anissa Mediouni will remain a shareholder of NEXT Yachting and serve as Managing Director of the firm. Sebastiano Pitasi has also retained his shares in the company, and will now act as Senior Yacht Advisor.
