Last Friday the Nobiskrug shipyard in Rendsburg, Germany launched their latest superyacht, the 59.50 metre Jamaica Bay. The new Jamaica Bay is the third superyacht for her owner, who also owns the 51 metre Fr Schweers built Jamaica Bay and previously owned the 42 metre Amels Tranquillity from 1984. All three superyachts feature interior design by Felix Buytendijk, while the latest Nobiskrug yacht also features exterior styling by Buytendijk.
The contract for Nobiskrug hull number 779 was signed in April 2006. The classically styled superyacht offers accommodation for up to 12 guests and the owner’s suite features beautiful panoramic views.
Jamaica Bay is designed and built for worldwide cruising and has a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
