Nobiskrug Shipyard has been saved by Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft shipyard

Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft FSG have just announced the acquisition of superyacht shipyard Nobiskrug, including its shipbuilding facilities, trademark rights and intellectual property. FSG is a company of the Tennor Group founded by Lars Windhorst, who stated  “This takeover is an important strategic step for us. Nobiskrug opens up access to the attractive growth market of superyacht construction. The renowned shipyard stands for innovative and ecologically demanding individual shipbuilding like few others.
