Strengthening their vision for spirited growth, Northrop and Johnson Luxury Collection is pleased to welcome yachting veteran, Andrew Cosgreave, as their new Managing Director. Andrew will be responsible for ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the company. He will work closely with key management staff in all aspects of new business development, marketing, HR, all operating divisions, budgets and finances.
Andrew brings 20 years of yachting experience as well as a B.S. in International Business and a Masters in Business Administration. This South African native started out working as crew and grew into a role as Captain logging over 100,000 nautical miles, then went on to U.S. Technical and Commercial representative for various European shipyards, Fleet Manager at Camper & Nicholsons USA, and served most recently as the President of Yacht Services and Charter Management at Merrill Stevens Yachts; all the while cultivating a healthy network within the industry.
Andrew is poised to lead the Fort Lauderdale full yacht service location to continued success in business opportunities expanding Northrop and Johnson’s presence within the industry. Through the Northrop and Johnson network of offices in the U.S. and abroad, Andrew will direct clients with confidentiality, integrity, and an unparalleled dedication to satisfaction.
