Turkish yacht builder Numarine has announced the sale of three 26XP models to clients from the Middle East, Turkey and Russia. The three new clients have all signed contracts for the displacement hull variant of the 26XP, which can also be ordered with a semi-planing hull. <img src="/uploads/store/photo/40159/image/large-b6a4fc89f0a8b8a136f40749181a2921.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/40159">Numarine’s pocket explorer 26XP range features naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini and an interior and exterior design by Can Yalman, both of whom are longtime Numarine collaborators. Hulls #3 and #4 contain the same general arrangements as the first two hulls, with four cabins below deck and a full-beam master suite located amidships. Hull #5 features a five-cabin layout which sees an additional cabin located forward on the main deck. Turkish shipyard Numarine has today announced the delivery of the inaugural Numarine 26XP superyacht, Gioia, following a February launch and successful completion of extensive sea trials. Measuring 25.68-metres with a beam of 6.6-metres and a volume coming in under 150 GT, she was sold in May 2016 to a repeat Turkish client of the yard, marking his fourth Numarine yacht to date.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/32890/image/large-3004ff4712de3092531ec9ca8a66ec6c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/32890">“Our latest new yacht launched is the 26XP,” said Omer Malaz, Founder and Chairman of Numarine. “The hull #1 has been delivered to its owner with an impressive max speed over 28 knots in the semi-planing hull option with MAN 1550 hp engines and class-leading noise and vibration control giving below 35 dBA in cabins at anchor with the generator running.”Numarine’s long-time collaborator Can Yalman is responsible for 26XP lines exterior and interior design, with naval architecture undertaken by Umberto Tagliavini. First Numarine 26XP yacht Gioia delivered to Turkish owner

Among these is her bulbous bow which helps to stabilise the boat and to extend her range. Additionally, she features what Numarine calls it’s ‘silent package’ which incorporates lithium-ion batteries for silent use of onboard systems such as air-conditioning and lighting for up to 12 hours.&nbsp;Featuring an exterior and interior designed by Can Yalman, Numarine’s longtime collaborator, her interiors stretch across two and a half decks. The master suite is spacious and includes an en-suite study, a portside lounge, and a large bathroom. The explorer superyachts exterior and interior are designed by Can Yalman, Numarine’s long-term collaborator, while their naval architecture is from Umberto Tagliavini. The main deck houses a large cockpit with a sun pad and a 48-sqaure metre saloon, galley and separate gym. Two VIP cabins and a pair of double cabins, with ensuite bathrooms, are located on the lower deck, while the 40-square metre owner’s cabin is located on the upper deck. &nbsp; Numarine also paid special attention to the reduction of noise and vibration to ensure the noise level on board does not exceed 40 decibels even when running. The 32XP surpassed DNV Class 1 Comfort Class Requirements, with the noise level in the owner’s suite under 37 decibels with the engine running. When the superyacht is anchored, it is down to 30 decibels. &nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/12557/image/large-ca7007f073e24f891984de38366c20e3.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/12557"><img src="/uploads/store/photo/12547/image/large-cbb9b89a26469de624cd4431bcba38d1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/12547">"We like where we are now, we offer our clients an array of models from performance yachts to displacement oceangoing superyachts and explorers,” added Malaz. “But we also have some interesting plans for the future. Approximately 75% of our yachts are exported. We have clients from all over the world, including the Americas, Russia, Europe, Asia, Australia, and of course &nbsp;our native Turkey.” While some may wonder if the yard is concerned with the recent devaluation of the Turkish lira, Malaz is confident the yard will continue to grow. &nbsp;“I am certain soon it will find slightly lower than these historic figures. I do not believe it will have any effect on Numarine, with the upcoming Cannes and Fort Lauderdale boat shows we are exhibiting both 26XP and &nbsp;32XP models, which I believe are what customers are looking for.”
