Ocean Alexander presented the latest build from its 35 Revolution series last week at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The reception of the flagship series couldn’t have been warmer when it made its debut last year, as it claimed the Best In Show award at FLIBS. 
The luxury yacht builder is prolific and well-versed when it comes to designing for the US market. Its success speaks for itself, as the bulk of all Ocean Alexander builds are destined for a life in US waters with US clients. It’s cornered the market and it’s no surprise either.
Ocean Alexander-builds are stylish, well-planned out and versatile all rounders. The flagship 35.6-metre Ocean Alexander 35 Revolution is no exception. The first two units from the series were quickly snagged by American clients, and it’s likely that the unit that Ocean Alexander delivered this year will follow suit, especially given that three further orders, scheduled for launch in the next 18 months, were placed for the series at FLIBS last year.
The exterior and interior design was crafted by the highly revered UK-based studio Evan K. Marshall, while her hull engineering was conceived by Arrabito Naval Architects. The Ocean Alexander 35 Revolution is deceptive; she’s sub 300 GT yet feels as spacious as motor yachts much larger in size. Evan K. Marshall fully utilised every inch of space to create a motor yacht that seamlessly intersects the social spaces with the private. 
The epicentre of the Ocean Alexander 35 Revolution is aft; she has a generous main saloon that’s fitted with luxury hand-made soft furnishings from the Italian studio Poltrona Frau and wrapped in glass, offering guests panoramic views from anywhere in the space. The main saloon is elegant, soothing, and large enough for all guests to relax together. Thanks to whisper-quiet sliding doors aft, the saloon seamlessly connects with the large alfresco lounging and dining space on the main deck. 
The Ocean Alexander 35 Revolution can cater to any lifestyle; she’s perfect for pure, blissful relaxation, an ideal companion for exploring those difficult-to-reach destinations, and well-equipped for those with a passion for fitness. She has an onboard gym, a sauna, a Jacuzzi on her sun deck and a highly impressive beach club that promotes relaxation and provides easy access to the sea. 
With five staterooms, including the master’s suite, the Ocean Alexander 35 Revolution can accommodate as many as 10 guests and five crew. She’s constructed out of GRP and powered by twin MAN V12 2,000 horsepower engines and twin Kohler 55 kilowatt generators.
