Ocean Alexander to debut the 84 Revolution at FLIBS 2019

Ocean Alexander is preparing to debut its latest model, the 84R at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, marking a year since the debut of its predecessor and first in the Revolution series, the 90R, at FLIBS 2018. The Ocean Alexander 84R is the result of a collaboration between the studios of famed British designer Evan K. Marshall, and the Livorno, Italy-based Arrabito Naval Architects.Ocean Alexander 84R01 exterior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 exterior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84 RevolutionPhoto: Ocean AlexanderThe 84R can accommodate up to eight guests across four staterooms, including a VIP with a full walk-around queen-sized bed, a vanity desk, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom. Up to three crew members can also sleep on board.Ocean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderThe Ocean Alexander 84R will also boast exceptional furniture detailing, combining a mix of materials including satin and high-gloss wood veneers, high-gloss lacquer finishes and Cambria stone flooring and counter surfaces. The 25.45-metre vessel will also feature a full-beam skylounge - one of the largest in its class - and a generous aft deck with space for a hot tub and sunbathing, relaxation and dining areas. Also on the aft deck, guests can make use of the full buffet with BBQ grill and wet bar. An open flybridge arrangement is possible, guaranteeing a spectacular al-fresco space with the same features.Ocean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderOcean Alexander 84R01 interior renderingPhoto: Ocean AlexanderCommenting on the design, Marshall says that they “made a conscious decision to cater to buyers who are looking for a yacht that offers a relaxed family-oriented layout with the main deck living areas spread out across the entire deck.” “This approach has created a spectacular feeling of space, allowing areas to be distinct yet merging together which has created an expansive open-feeling interior. This is combined, as with the 90R, with an abundance of floor to ceiling windows and glass throughout so that in the daytime the main deck will be bathed in sunlight with spectacular views out to the sea from several areas,” he continued.
