Peter Thompson and Michael White of Ocean Independence have just announced the sale of the 52 metre Quantum of Solace, formerly known as Midlandia. The superyacht was originally built by Benetti in 2001, but underwent extensive internal, external and mechanical work just after her owner purchased her. Jurgen Koch of Fraser Yachts represented the buyer.
Quantum of Solace sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 staterooms with accommodations for 12 crew in 7 cabins. The full beam Master Cabin offers stunning sea views from the large oval windows as well as newly installed luxurious loungers providing a more intimate relaxation area.
Quantum of Solace had an asking price $24,995,000. She will be renamed Elysium.
