Five months after the launch of its 11th hull in the Mangusta 165 superyacht line, Overmarine has launched unit number 12 of this successful range of versatile high-performance motor yachts.

The latest addition to the 50-metre fleet is finished in a near all-black exterior adding even more dramaticism to an already hair-raising piece of equipment. The third unit in the new Evolution series displaces 300 tonnes and can reach a top speed of 37 knots.

The interior of the yacht, as with all 165 models before her, is fitted with a custom interior that was designed together with her experienced owner.

Overmarine’s first all-black Mangusta 165 hits the water

France-based builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> has announced that the fourth hull in the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> Commuter 108 yacht series is nearing completion. The temperature is rigorously controlled for the resin to set, and her plastic film is filled with heated air to aid the process. The hull of the 60-metre superyacht Feadship 713 has been spotted in transit from the Feadship De Vries Group <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5058" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Scheepswerf Slob (Company)">Scheepswerf Slob</a> facility in Papendrecht near Rotterdam. Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail.
