Palladium Technologies, the industry leader in monitoring, control, entertainment, security and alarm systems for the megayacht industry, announces the creation of a new electrical systems and design division to meet increasing customer demand for these services.
The newly formed division, operating from the company’s international headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, will design and develop state-of-the-art electrical switchboards and provide a full range of yacht electrical engineering services for shipyards around the world.
“In setting up this new electrical engineering team, we are responding to requests from our shipyard customers that we expand our capabilities in this important area,” said Mike Blake, president, Palladium Technologies. “Our range of services will include design, engineering and documentation for all aspects of the yacht’s electrical system, including switchboards, AC and DC circuits, monitoring, alarms, controls and emergency panels, with automated load management and balance. Our solutions will meet ABS and other major classification society standards.”
Blake noted that Palladium has recently been selected to be the exclusive supplier of electrical switchboards and design services by a major Holland yacht builder.
