With the Palma Superyacht Show 2021 just around the corner, taking place from 3rd - 6th June, SYT does an overview of the 27 motor and sailing yachts currently set to be exhibited at the event, one of the very first shows to take place this season. Photo: Palma Superyacht ShowIf you are lucky enough to be taking the trip to Marina Moll Vell in Mallorca next week, you can expect to see yachts from builders such as Heesen, Camper and Nicholson and Nautor's Swan, among many others. Photo: International Yacht RegisterIn the superyacht category, keep an eye out for the 44.7-metre Heesen superyacht San Bernardo, built in 2010, which features interior and exterior design from Omega Architects. Also from the Dutch yacht builders is the 35-metre Alcor, which only came on the market in the past week. Other vessels on display include Mengi Yay's Ocean Dream, the 2015 Sunseeker Rush X and the 1992 Norship Moonraker.While there are some exciting motor yachts to be seen at this year's show, sailing yachts are dominating the current line up, with a special mention for the 51-metre spirit of tradition schooner Borkumriff IV, built in 2002 by Dutch shipyard, Royal Huisman. Also on show is the 30-metre Nautor’s Swan maxi yacht Varsovie, a high performance racer and world cruising yacht which features the iconic Swan joinery that the shipyard are world renowned for.
