Palumbo Superyachts unveils new syncrolift

The Palumbo Superyachts' Ancona shipyard now boasts the addition of a new syncrolift capable of handling superyachts up to 3300 GT and 110-metre in length. The €6 million investment, namely Ship Lift Platform 3300, will be used for the construction and refit of large vessels.Palumbo Superyachts syncrolift

Palumbo Superyachts syncroliftThe shipyard has spent months excavating the seabed, building the underwater containment walls and transferring the platform on its supporting columns and fixing it on the stands for the new syncrolift, which will first be used to the launch of the 79.9-metre superyacht Dragon in mid-March 2019.
