He has a degree in aerospace engineering and several years of experience in the multinational sector especially, where he held various key positions in the sales and marketing areas. He started his career in 1990 with Cemencal of the Italcement group as area manager for Northern Italy. He worked with Cifa from 1996 to 2000 where he got a taste of the international scene as group marketing manager and director of Cifa USA Inc.
