Paolo Maggi new marketing and sales manager for Pershing

Paolo Maggi is the new sales manager of Pershing and Itama, two leading yacht production companies included in the Ferretti Group.

photo 122053This appointment is another stepping stone in the growth of the two companies in the national and international nautical arena. Maggi will actually be in charge of coordinating the whole sales team in developing emerging yachting markets and strengthening existing ones.

Paolo Maggi is 45 and has always loved boats. He has a degree in aerospace engineering and several years of experience in the multinational sector especially, where he held various key positions in the sales and marketing areas. He started his career in 1990 with Cemencal of the Italcement group as area manager for Northern Italy. He worked with Cifa from 1996 to 2000 where he got a taste of the international scene as group marketing manager and director of Cifa USA Inc. Prior to landing in the famous Marches shipyard, he was corporate director of marketing and communication at the multinational cement company, Buzzi Unicem S.p.A..
