Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail. Italian yard Perini Navi has announced the sale of its second 42-metre sailing yacht from the E-volution line and the first of the E-volution GTS. The new sail plan also features a square top mainsail, an extended boom and 4-metre bowsprit to maximise the sail surface. &nbsp;Other changes have been made to reduce the displacement, including work on the deckhouse, the use of carbon for numerous fittings and the optimisation of the propulsion system. &nbsp;
