The Shareholders of Perini Navi have appointed Fabio Boschi as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Fabio Perini Honorary Chairman.
43 Year old Fabio Boschi has been CEO of Perini Navi’s holding company Faper Group since 2009. Faper controls a group of companies that operate in paper machinery, real estate, and various other industries. Boschi previously worked in investment banking and worked in strategic consulting and corporate finance with KPMG in Italy and the United Kingdom.
