German Yacht Couture, the Hamburg-based design firm with Frank Neubelt at the helm, has revealed its newest world cruiser: the 135-metre Project Oceanic 135. She was designed for owners looking for a voluminous superyacht with character and shows off a two-level observation lounge at the bow.
