Ptw Shipyard takeover: Spanish refit specialist buys 100% of shares of its business

ptw Shipyard now holds 100 percent of the shipyard’s shares – marking it sole owner of the facilities. It is a one-stop shop for yacht maintenance and has five in-house teams with expertise in all five disciplines. The site is also home to two workshops dedicated to superyacht repair and maintenance and a travel lift that can carry vessels up to 300 tonnes.

The Spanish shipyard is currently working on numerous projects, including two major refits that will see a new engine, new mechanics, and a fresh interior design. One of these projects is also being extended by approximately 1.5-metres and will have a larger upper deck and a new flybridge.
