“Rafael Nadal has been passionate about yachting since childhood and seizes every opportunity to go out into the sea with friends and family,” commented Sunreef Yachts. “The idea to build a customised catamaran has been part of the superstar athlete’s plans for a while.” Photo: Sunreef YachtsPhoto: Sunreef Yachts
To facilitate this lifestyle, Nadal opted for a spacious four-cabin layout with a special owner’s suite on the starboard side. Complete with a fold-down balcony that increases the usable space inside the cabin, a wonderfully airy environment is created.
The beamy saloon is surrounded by full-height glazed windows and features two oversized sofas and a dining area for the yacht’s eight guests. Two back-to-back 77-inch TVs turn this area into a sports corner so guests can keep up to date with the latest live-action on the courts.Photo: Sunreef YachtsPhoto: Sunreef Yachts
Outdoor dining is possible either on the flybridge or the aft cockpit on the main deck where Great White’s jet ski is stored in a concealed garage beneath. The large swim platform at the stern can be hydraulically lowered into the water for safe and easy launching and retrieval. Photo: Sunreef Yachts
Great White is powered by two 1,200 hp engines that give the yacht a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.
