The Dutch brand Revolt Custom Boats revealed two new high performance ribs at the latest edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival. The 10.6 metre Revolt 35XS and 35RS are equipped with ultra-powerful outboards from Seven Marine, with one and two 627 hp engines respectively, delivering speeds of up to 70 knots.

The 35XS has been created for luxury leisure market while the more rugged 35RS is designed for the security and explorer sectors. Revolt pioneered the use of Seven Marine’s cutting-edge engineering in Europe, adopting the RIBS for the high-end superyacht market.

According to the designers, the concept was conceived as a purpose-built world cruise cruiser capable of supporting extended voyages while accommodating a range of owner lifestyles.A key feature of the project is the availability of three distinct configurations built on a common platform.The Fisherman version is focused on a generous open aft deck designed to accommodate a substantial tender and a selection of water toys, without needing a dedicated chase boat. In Zero Mode or also known as Silent Mode, M80 would operate fully on electric propulsion, delivering vibration-free navigation with zero local emissions for up to eight hours, which would enable access to environmentally protected areas.In Eco-Hybrid Mode, diesel generators operate at optimal efficiency while electric motors provide propulsion, reducing fuel consumption by an estimated 25 to 30 percent.
