Lightning- fast 27m Riva Folgure 88 motor yacht Gecua sold

The 26.92-metre Riva motor yacht Gecua sold in a deal with Lucrecia Vogogna of TWW Yachts representing the buyer and Michel Chryssicopoulos Of IYC Greece standing in for the seller. The Italian-built yacht was delivered in 2021 as part of the popular yet stylish Riva 88 Folgore series. Gecua is a shining example of the beauty and performance found in the naval architecture of all Riva S.p.A yachts. Both her interior and exterior design are the work of Officina Italiana Design (Mauro Micheli) who have penned her with a bright and modern interior and a streamlined and sporty silhouette. Gecua is able to accommodate up to eight guests across four staterooms, with three guest staterooms on the lower deck and a full-beam owner’s suite located amidships. An alfresco dining area is found aft of the main saloon and there is plenty of space for lounging and sunbathing on her flybridge and foredeck. Performance-wise, Gecua can reach a top speed of 39.8 knots and a cruising speed of 32 knots, thanks to her twin MTU diesel engines. She had a last known asking price of €6,700,000.
