The 41m Rodriquez motor yacht Ocean Emerald has been sold

Less than a month after the sale of the 41-metre Ocean Sapphire, her sistership Ocean Emerald has been sold. As in the earlier sale, Jonny Dodge of My Ocean Company was involved in the sale, again representing the buyer. Designed by Rodriquez Yachts, Ocean Emerald is one of three sisterships that feature the same highly distinctive design that is characterised by the swooping arched superstructure that flows from the bow to the very stern of the vessel. Built in 2009, the yacht unusual exterior has been pioneered to create an extremely light and spacious interior permitted by the use of continuous windows and external balconies which are scattered across her superstructure. The fish-like design offers more than 30% more interior and exterior space than comparable yachts in her size category. Ocean Emerald can accommodate 10 guests between five staterooms and she features a bright and contemporary interior. She had a last known asking price of €6,500,000.
