Recently moved into Royal Huisman’s paint shed for its final stage of construction, the 56-metre classic sailing ketch project 399 is on-track for launch later this year. The yacht was designed by Dykstra Naval Architects for long-range cruising while hosting extended family on board.
Performance was another focal point for the project team as the yacht is expected to take part in certain regattas during her travels. The interior of the project is designed by Mark Whitely with Rondal and Doyle Sails NZ in charge of delivering the mast and sails respectively.
