Yachting Partners International (YPI) will be present at the upcoming Singapore Yacht Shows showing the 33m modern sailing classic Shamoun. Shamoun is a unique classic sloop from the boards of award-winning designers, Hoek Design. Created for both chartering and family use, she features four equally sized guest cabins with en-suite facilities and a large open-plan salon and galley.
A classical layout characterises her flush deck, the traditional deckhouse housing the navigation station as well as a dining area and mini bar. There is also a full entertainment system, including video screen and projector incorporated into the ceiling.
Ideal for on-water adventures and exploration, Shamoun has a wide array of water toys including diving gear for 8 people with onboard compressor and boasts a hydraulic diving platform in the transom. The crew quarters, including a mess, are completely separate from the guest quarters, ensuring complete privacy.
Shamoun has a range under engine of 3,100 nautical miles, backups for all vital systems onboard, and a large three stage walk-in freezer and fridge for charter operations. Shamoun also enjoys a uniquely designed keel arrangement that allows her to enter shallow water anchorages other yachts of her size would not be able to contemplate.
Russell Crump commented “We are very pleased to be attending the Singapore Yacht Show this year – and with such as headline yacht as Shamoun. YPI and our parent company, BRS, have had a strong presence in China and Asia for quite some time now. One of our Asian clients recently took delivery there of a Feadship F45 Vantage which we manage. But we are also keen on promoting this region to yacht owners, especially those who charter their yachts – it has to be one of most exciting and least explored charter destinations in the world.”
