Photo: Joel NormantSeen here in the port of Brest, France is the 46-metre Dutch-built sailing yacht Skade. Rarely seen since her delivery in 2016 at Holland Jachtbouw, the custom sloop was designed by Tripp Design Naval Architects (exterior) and Rhoades Young Design (interior) for world cruising. Cornelsen & Partner acted as the owner’s representative during the build and has continued to manage the yacht. Finished in a metallic silver coat of paint and signature double vertical windows in the hull, Skade sleeps up to 10 guests in five cabins and runs with seven crew.
