Sanlorenzo Egypt recently opened in the Hurghada region of the Red Sea. Local company Alkhalil Trading L.L.C will work with the Italian shipyard to introduce their yachts to Egyptian owners.
The new Brand Representative office is located in Abu Tig Marina in the El Gouna resort, a popular yachting destination in the Hurghada region of the Red Sea. Sanlorenzo Egypt’s Managing Director is Tarek Khalil, a mechanical engineer who founded Alkhalil Trading L.L.C. in 1994. Alkhalil Trading has been successfully distributing boats of up to 80’ in Egypt for the past five years.
Mr. Khalil comments, “I have personally been boating in the Red Sea for the past 25 years. The marine service industry is already well established in the Hurghada region of the Red Sea and Alkhalil Trading is instrumental in the development of the rapidly growing luxury boat market across Egypt.
