Sanlorenzo has launched the first explorer superyacht of their range, the 460EXP. The yacht is a self-sufficient vessel designed to offer ultimate comfort on board and features advancements in high technology equipment installed on board. The yacht will make her first appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show this year.
The 460EXP is a 460 gross tons superyacht with a length of 42.2 metres. She is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, which has been moved forward to leave an open aft deck which is used to store a tender of up to 10 metres, water toys and watersport equipment.
The sundeck on hull number one of the series offers an endless swimming pool in which guests can swim against an artificial current. The lower deck can be transformed into beach club with the transom door open, and features a bar area and sun loungers for the perfect day at anchor.
The interior consists of 5 guests cabins on the lower deck, including a fitness room and large owner’s cabin. The main and upper deck each have a large salon.
Built for exploration use, the 460EXP is capable of covering over 4000nm at a speed of 11 knots.
