Sarp Yachts to build new 55m superyacht

Turkish shipyard Sarp is expected to start construction on its second motor yacht project under speculation. Named Nacre 55, the vessel measures 55.3 metres in length and will encompass a total volume of 750 GT. The designers at Hot Lab are behind the project’s design which is expected to be completed by 2020.

Accommodation for the 12 guests is split across two decks with the main deck housing a grand master suite as well as a VIP stateroom. Below, an additional two VIP suites and two twin guest cabins complete the accommodation arrangement.

Interior spaces remain customisable, however, and the saloons, for example, can be set up to suit the client’s lifestyle and intended use of the vessel.

Nacre 55 will easily be able to cross the Atlantic with her range of 4,500 nm at an impressive cruising speed of 13 knots. Full throttle, she will be able to reach 15.5 knots.
