Headed by Savage Marine’s International Business Director, Rens-Jan Van Vliet, the Dutch Savage Marine office now ensures their customer base, in the aftermath of Brexit, will remain business as usual, if not even better. Van Vilet commented on the benefits of this new office location, “In terms of Dutch customers, the language is of course a benefit. In our industry, almost everyone speaks amazing English but sometimes there is a huge advantage to being able to discuss projects with customers in their native language. I am also never more than a three-hour drive away from any of our Dutch clients so it will help them to feel they really have someone local who is available at short notice.”Savage Lighting product Savage Lighting is currently working on numerous exciting projects, including both refits and new builds, such as a 118-metre superyacht in the Netherlands, a 156-metre superyacht in Germany, and an 80-metre superyacht in France.
