Second quarterly edition of SuperYacht Times newspaper

SuperYacht Times, the world’s largest provider of superyacht news, photos and information, has recently published the second quarterly edition of the SuperYacht Times newspaper. Continuing on from the unprecedented success of the inaugural issue published in summer/autumn, the latest publication begins with a thorough look at new builds throughout 2014 with all the latest, up to date figures from the past year.

Following the success of the first edition, the winter/spring issue offers eight more pages of additional content, beautifully presented and accompanied by crisp photography.

Providing several high profile interviews as well as compelling features, news and information, SuperYacht Times offers readers an inside look to many of the industry's most important shipyards, brokerage firms, design studios and more.

Amongst the several significant interviews included is with OCEAN Independence’s Peter Hürzeler, who candidly discussed the companies rise from a small brokerage and consultancy firm ran single handedly in the 90s, to a company that now incorporates several other high profile brands under its name.

In addition is a compelling interview with world renowned architect, Erick van Egeraat, who recently completed the interiors on board the 51 metre new build from Heesen, MySky. Talking objectively of the superyacht industry from the outside looking in, van Egeraat explains the brief behind the sophisticated interiors, how he was introduced to the owner and how different superyacht design is to his usual work.

Amongst the array of fascinating articles includes an interview with Michael Karsenti who has travelled from a career in publishing to building, an exciting look at bucket regattas through time and a discussion with multiple superyacht owner Salim Erdem.

First published in summer/autumn 2014, SuperYacht Company have made another high quality addition to their varied range of sources of news, information, photographs and easily accessible data in the superyacht industry, and look forward to the successful continuous publication of the newspaper every quarter.
