Monaco-based Yachting Partners International (YPI) are pleased to offer two yachts for sale at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show: the brand new 52-metre motoryacht, Seven Sins and the recently refurbished 37-metre sailing yacht, Shogun.
The 52-metre motoryacht, Seven Sins was completed earlier this year, and is the largest ever yacht built by her Italian shipyard, Sanlorenzo. She features elegant interior and exterior designs from renowned Italian design studio, Officina Italiana. On display at Monaco Yacht show with Sanlorenzo, Seven Sins is available for purchase with YPI.
Seven Sins offers unparalleled indoor-outdoor living in her layout, featuring an innovative use of glass throughout for maximum natural light. Her aft area offers a glass bottomed swimming pool on the main deck that filters light down to the huge beach club area below. Her beach club, comes with ocean-level fold-down balconies and a fully equipped gym and sauna, doubling up as both the ultimate on-water entertainment experience, and the ideal relaxation space.
The 52-metre motoryacht is fully owner-ready and offers excellent charter potential charter for a new owner. On board, she accommodates up to 10 guests in five luxury cabins, including an owner’s stateroom complete with private office and an elegant marble ensuite. Connecting the yacht’s interior to the natural world outside, her main salon comes equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows. A crew of 11 is also accommodated for on board.
Powered by 2 x CAT 3512C, Seven Sins has a maximum speed of 17 knots, and a cruising speed of 13 knots. Seven Sins is offered for sale by YPI with an asking price of €32,000,000.
YPI also offer the recently refurbished 37-metre sailing yacht Shogun, which is on display with YPI at Monaco. Custom built in 2006 by Holland Jachtbouw, Shogun is presented fresh from an extensive refit, with sophisticated exterior styling by Dixon Yacht Designs, and modern interiors by John Munford.
On board, Shogun accommodates up to six guests across three luxurious cabins, including a generous master suite and two twins. In her recent refit, Shogun benefitted from a full engine and generator service, new teak decks and the installation of brand new AV systems.
Will Bishop, the Sales and New Construction broker for Shogun had this to say: “Following an extensive refit in La Spezia, whereby she completed her 10 Year Lloyds class survey, commercial compliance survey and a host of cosmetic and technical upgrades, Shogun is without doubt the most compelling yacht for sale in her peer group. New teak decks with grey caulking, a stunning repaint to her superstructure, hull and spars in metallic finish in addition to upgrades to the crew and guest area will ensure that no significant capital expenditure is required going forward. Dutch pedigree coupled with excellent sailing performance is all that needs to be said about this fantastic sloop.”
Shogun is offered for sale with YPI, with an asking price of €5,750,000, VAT unpaid.
