She features a bold exterior profile, characterised by a muscular reverse sheer to the bow, chiselled contours and dark horizontal strip windows.Designed and built for an experienced owner, Project 823 radiates strength in her profile. The overall appearance is cultured yet tasteful and creates a welcoming yet calm ambience onboard.The interior layout of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/29" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Feadship (Company)">Feadship</a> Project 823 yacht has been tailored to her owner’s specific family needs. She features ensuite accommodation for up to 10 guests across a master suite on the main deck forward, a VIP suite on the bridge deck, and three staterooms on the lower deck.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/271483/image/large-e8a83cdd48f28f4d14c2984ffc4a5494.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/271483">Guests are able to move freely around Project 823, thanks to an elevator connecting from the lower deck to the sundeck. A key highlight onboard is her expansive sundeck area with a central lounge zone protected from the elements by a glass windbreak and a hardtop. Wide side windows and nine skylights in the roof also ensure that views will be uninterrupted, while her radar mast was engineered to span these glass skylights, supported by flat panel satellite hardware for broadband internet.The tenders onboard Project 823 have been stored behind the high bulwarks on the foredeck, to cleverly free up space on the lower deck for a large wellness area and gym located in the stern area.

New details have emerged about the shootout on Friday 28 April at 2:28am with the 50.29-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1068" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ramage & Ferguson (Company)">Ramage &amp; Ferguson</a> yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1737" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Kalizma50.29m (164'12&quot;)Ramage & Ferguson1906">Kalizma</a>, off the coast of Yemen. The cash portion of the purchase price was reduced from $850 million to $551 million after Inmarsat paid a $299 million special dividend to its shareholders in April 2022. The shares issued to the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4064" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Inmarsat plc (Company)">Inmarsat</a> shareholders at the closing represent an aggregate of approximately 37.6 percent of the total shares of Viasat common stock on a fully diluted basis, with no Inmarsat shareholder receiving shares representing 10% or more. In connection with closing of the acquisition on May 30, 2023, Viasat drew down on approximately $1.35 billion of its committed financing package, including a $617 million secured term loan facility and a $733 million unsecured bridge loan. The lower financed amount reflects in part the reduction in the cash component of the purchase price.
