Italian sailing brand Solaris Yachts has delivered its first Solaris 80 RS yacht Alithia after having launched the vessel leading up to the summer season. The 24-metre bluewater cruiser is designed for a comfortable life at sea with open-plan areas, functional living spaces and ease of use built into all systems on board. Walking forward through the guest cockpit on deck, guests enter the saloon via a central companionway where eye-level wrap-around windows create a light and airy environment with a dining table to port and a lounge area to starboard. The interior of the Solaris 80 RS comes with two possible interior layout, both with four-cabin arrangements and distinguished by either a master cabin in the bow area, or in the aft section of the hull below the steering position. The level of personalisation of this semi-custom model stretches to the outdoor deck spaces in areas such as the fold-down beach club space where the yacht’s tender is stored when not in use. A lifting keel option is also available to clients, minimising the 4-metre draft to 3.5 metres for better manoeuvrability in shallow areas.
