Sold: 37.2m Delta motor yacht Time For Us

Burgess has announced the sale of the 37.19-metre motor yacht Time For Us (ex-Phaedra). Part of the popular Delta 37 series, she was built by Delta Marine and delivered to her experienced owners under the name Louise in 1997. She features an exterior styling an naval architecture by Delta Design Group and an interior design by Claudette Bonville.Photo: BurgessTime For Us has been maintained to the highest standards since her delivery, undergoing regular maintenance and upgrades throughout the years. She was recently refitted in 2016 when she was given a full repaint, new teak decks and had zero speed stabilisers installed. Able to accommodate up to eight guests on board in four cabins, her full-beam owner’s suite, located centrally on the lower deck, features his and her bathroom and shared showerhead. The VIP cabin is located forward on the main deck, while a double and twin cabin cane found on the lower deck.  

Key features on board include a jacuzzi on the sun deck that offers 360-degree views of the surroundings, large picture windows flooding her interiors with natural light and the sky lounge opening out onto a spacious sun lounge. Powered by twin MTU 16V2000 diesel engines, Time For Us has a top speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 2,500nm at 10 knots.  

She was listed with an asking price of $6,900,000.
